The smoke on the ribs is perfect. the ribs were tender and flavorful. the Brisket is unbelievable!!! I grew up in Louisiana and Texas. I have never had a cut of brisket like this. Hands down the best BBQ out side of the south! Meat Treat !!!

Meat was tender & juicy, flavorful with hints of smoke. The dirty tots keep me coming back!

This was my 2nd order from the Tank House. I ordered 2 of the same items from my 1st order and mixed the 2 items together. It was a great meal. I highly recommend the Tank House BBQ & Bar.
