The smash burger hit the spot. The GRILLED STEAK WRAP was not dry, it had a unique flavor and was very juicy. The wedge salad was crutch for a snack after a heavy day - it was fresh and filling. They were the best!

I have been a long time customer of HTB... but I am wildly disappointed. I ordered the steak salad medium rare and it came very well done.
On top of that, the wings were so burned they were inedible.
Normally I can overlook issues like this but when you spend the amount of money they are charging, it hurts the soul.
Hopefully, you can do better.

Specifically ordered from here for their "crispy"wings. They are big and about as far from crispy as you can make a wing. Barley any Buffalo sauce. What a disappointment and waste of money. Dont order wings if you appreciate a well cooked/flavored wing. Order came quick so two stars instead of 1

Theblack & blue burger was such a disappointment! It was dry and over salted. As is shown in the picture a fistful of fried onions were thrown into the takeaway box. I even added mayo but couldn't salvage it. I fed about 1/3 of it to my chickens who did enjoy it. My disappointment was a surprise since I used to lunch here regularly when my office close by. The salad was amazing! The elements were fresh, the hard boiled egg was perfect and the avocado topping was flavorful! I did opt to pay the $5 extra fotthe salad.
