Food is awesome as ever, but y'all made the dasher wait for over 30 minutes. I worked in the service industry for many years and these folks rely on tips. It's not cool to waste people's time like that, so I added an additional 40% to the tip. Two stars subtracted for the lack of consideration.

The store continues to leave an item or two off my order. I even placed a call to the store manager, it seems like the staff packing orders is careless. I have been a customer of Tartine even in SF, and was really excited when they started opening LA locations. Unfortunately, service is lacking.
