The hippie broth is where it's at! It is basically a shoyu broth but with a greater depth of flavor. I wasn't really digging Tatsu's other, creamier broths, and I'm so glad I tried the Hippie Ramen. That's my new go-to when I feel like spoiling myself with amazing Japanese noodles.
P.S.: TRY IT WITH THE CHEESE. It will make your life better! ;)

The Cheeky Ramen broth was kind of gross, almost soapy tasting and with an unpleasant thickness and texture. No flavor at all. It came with 3 tiny pieces of chicken and otherwise was just big undercooked noodles that look like shoelaces and the gross broth. Barely any veggies. I wanted something healing because I was feeling under the weather. I threw this out and ordered chicken pho from Phorage instead.

Ramen is fantastic!! The side of beef was not worth over $5. Tiny amount and a lot of it was just fat

Their vegan broth/hippie ramen is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately they are stingy with the protein. For my delivered $24 bowl of ramen I received 3 slices of tofu. Really? We can be a little more generous if we're paying this much for soup.

Ordered 1x thus far - Bold Ramen. Order was confirmed quickly and Dasher arrived with the item packaged neatly.
Bold Ramen was fine, I ordered with a kick but it was very mild. Noodles were a great texture, the soft boiled egg was my favorite part of the dish. Broth was silky and flavorful but not what I would call "bold". I'd call it "subtle nuance" which isn't a bad thing, simply not bold.
