Oh my goodness this was better than I expected and I expected a lot!!! The flavors were on point, the cheese makes it!! The salsa verde is my favorite and the consomé has a very classic soup base flavor that I love!!! Mmmm im definitely ordering from here again!

The Double Stack Birria Quesadilla was everything. I rarely write reviews but felt the need to for this because it was that good. They really packed the meat and cheese in that flavorful tortilla, and the flavor was mind blowing. I was pretty full after one half (since it was massive) and I can't wait for leftovers tomorrow! I will be a very frequent customer moving forward!

Double Stack Birria Quesadilla was soggy and tore easily so I couldn't hold it well and it felt weird to chew. The consome was watered down and not as good as before but was still okay. the lime slices were REALLY small. too big of an upcharge compared to their squarespace/truck but I still had hope.
