I ordered a milk tea with tapioca pearls, but when I received my drink, there were no pearls—they had been replaced with jelly without informing me. It's unprofessional to change ingredients without notifying the customer or asking for approval.
I'm very disappointed with this experience. I hope the shop improves their service and communication in the future.
