They are spot on with the spice level every time. The Kang Kari was sweeter than I expected but really good. Loved the Roti though it was a little oily and the texture was more like a scallion pancake than a flatbread. You get a lot of satay sauce with the side order! Worth the money.

GooGood g Ka was a little small but still super good!! Love the seafood Pad Thai. It has shrimp mussels, and squid !

Thai food restaurants tend to be a dime a dozen these days, and given their proliferation, I tend to use a few key metrics to influence my opinion; because it's by far the most commonly ordered dish , i like to use that as a baseline. The pad Thai is truly wonderful. The peanut sauce is slightly sweet, but not overwhelming. The noodles are outstanding. I ordered a combination beef / pork pad Thai, only two dollars extra for signifcantly more substantial portion. Another pro tip is to buy their side of white race and plate the noodles over it - meal easily fit for too. I also recommend the sweet sticky rice as a side or dessert, the thai coffee, and drunken noodles. Love Thai Canteen!

Overall the food was hot, with some annoying points. A few points to note. The prawns still had their shell, which if you have a very hot order, or spice, you either have to get it on your hands, waste the meat, or wait until your food is cooler to remove the shell—I also only received 5 with my $18 order of Pad Thai which is wild to me. Second, the Gai Satay did not have the sauce with it. We ended up waiting 20 minutes longer than the delivery time due to the restaurant. The rest of the order was fine, with generous portions. I'm not ignorant to the fact that doordash upcharges, but $18 for 5 prawns (that you pay extra to get) is wild to me.

The green curry had exactly two small pieces of eggplant and the white rice was way overcooked. Jay's special used to be amazing but recently has started to fall in quality. Less of everything, more than half rice. Hopefully these guys will step it up. This was our go-to place.
