• DoorDash orderThe order was prepared quickly and the food was still piping hot when I got it. Everything tasted great! A few items were forgotten from the order, but the issue was resolved very quickly and would not deter me from ordering again. The Pad Thai was awesome, the dumplings were cooked perfectly. The General Thairacha was soooo good. Portion sizes were fantastic.
Overall, the food was great and my issue was dealt with professionally and quickly. I'll absolutely order again.

• DoorDash orderThe preparation of the meal was so careless it was as though they wanted to ruin my lunch. When I received my order (which I’ve ordered before and it was delicious), the noodles were squished down and together into a ball so bad it was a gelatinous glob and not noodles anymore with barely any broth. I was so disappointed that I drove to the location and showed them. I am in customer service myself so I was polite and smiling when I requested a refund so I could grab something somewhere else. He told me he couldn’t do that because I paid for the food via door dash. Ok that’s fine, annoying, but fine. I then asked for a fresh bowl. He then started to berate me and tell me it was my fault for ordering (and paying) for extra veggies. I suggested if it doesn’t all fit, maybe he could take some of the noodles out instead of stuffing everything into the bowl and causing it to be a bowl of mush. He was very rude and ignorant and after seeing how filthy the place was, I won’t be back.
I paid $35 to have a meal delivered to my work because I was very busy and couldn’t skip home for lunch and it ended up costing me my money AND time.
This is the first time I’ve every left a bad review because generally I just get over things pretty easily but this really bothered me and it wasn’t just the carelessness of the preparation, but the reaction to me requesting a refund.

• DoorDash orderThere's next to no vegetables in this dish? 95% rice and potatoes with just enough g.pep and carrot to give color... not at all as pictured... not really wanting to pay over $20 for basically just rice....do not recommend 👎🏻
