I've ordered a few times and been disappointed in cold stale french fries. Tonight I took the recommendation of the kettle chips for a price increase. They were put with the hot food and closed in the container, so they were also ruined by the time they arrived. My dasher had to wait for the order, and I'm just 5 minutes away, so it wasn't because it sat too long. I'll order again because their mains are great. I think they need to work on packaging.
