First time trying chiken shack and iloved the #1. Buffalo Chicken Fries it was just the perfect amount of sauces, chicken, and fries will most definitely will be getting it again. I also loved the chicken #5. 12 pc Shack Bites Combo I got the flavor called heaven and it was really good loved the kick to it and the bites were bigger than i thought they were going to be.

So, I've never had a problem with this place but I must have gotten a bad batch or they got a new guy cooking. I had like 6 *Wings* that were just crunchy bits of breading and the chicken didn't even seem seasoned at all.

The buffalo chicken fries used to be bigger, when I first started buying them back in 2016 it filled the whole plate, now it's a smaller tray. Still good but I'm disappointed with the portion cut. Other restaurants will do a full plate, usually cheaper too
