The COUP is a modern vegetarian restaurant with an intimate atmosphere, serving fresh, whole, organic, local foods and beverages.
The Coup is one of Calgary's best local restaurants; the Rosemary Yam Fries are a menu staple that I crave regularly and just can't get enough of. The Caesar Kale Salad is also top tier.

The Coup has gone way down hill. They hardly have any vegetables in the Hot Pot anymore... It's pretty much all noodles and with a few onions and like 1 carrot and 1 broccoli. And the lotus roots are no longer in the dish. Too bad.

The Coup is my favorite for veg. Upstream burger is tops, but in my mind everything is good. Love ordering here for a treat as the flavors are always great, dishes are fresh, and healthy to boot!

5 stars for quality and flavour of what I ordered. I think for the price of the Yam Fries both in the separate order and the Add-On... there should be more yam fries.

The Coup is consistently my favorite restaurant in Calgary, and has been for years. The Beach Front Hot Pot will literally change your life.
