I was missing a whole meal and the restaurant told me after I drove back to get it that I couldn't get a refund and would have to wait at least 20 min before it could be ready. This was after I'd called and said I was coming back to get it. (So they had plenty of time to get it ready.)

Everything was delicious. The only "complaint " would be that the portion of grilled chicken for the Caesars salad seemed extremely small for six dollars.
