I have been a regular for The Scale in Williston. They have always been fresh and consistent and I was SO sad when the Williston location closed temporally and now their new hours don't work for me to continue going for dinner but door dash has made that all possible now offering delivery from the Essex location to me in South Burlington! Yay!!! I love the firecracker sauce (spicy mayo)on my build your own ahi tuna / brown rice bowl and I add the mango, pineapple and crispy French onions among other add ons. SO good!!! HIGHLY recommend them to any sushi lover!
