The boba was perfectly chewy, and the tea flavors were spot-on. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was cozy—perfect for relaxing with friends. Normally you're perfect with our orders, but not this time. The popcorn chicken we ordered was poorly made - with many pieces of chicken only half-battered. Not to mention this portion had about 20% less chicken than it normally gets - especially when we order in person. Not sure if our driver ate some of the food but yeah - definitely a let down.

Not enough cream. It was basically like a dark coffee color. I ordered extra sweet yet it was very bitter. I meant to order from Kims teahouse. Kims would never.

I asked for them to be extra sweet. The Carmel tea was made as if I requested "unsweetened" and the Carmel flavor was nonexistent. The cream tea was made with less sugar than the regular. Completely misunderstood what I selected. Only reason I'm giving the cream tea a thumbs up is because I was at least able to drink it. The Carmel tea was a waste of money.
