Everything had a ton of flavor and was very Good. The only down side for me was the Spiced Edamame as it was cold and I like mine to be steamed.

The Tiger Signature Dumplings were great! The Five Spices Marinated Beef Shank was good, but the image implies the dish is going to be bigger and that mayo lettuce on the side was icky. The Dan Dan Noodles was really great flavor but was really sparsely topped with pork. We will try it again but with some different dishes.

The dumplings were very good, but the Beijing Zhajiang Noodles were not. I got basically just ramen noodles with a dash of sauce and seasoning on top, with two raw cloves of garlic tossed in. Very disappointed in that meal. But if you're going for the dumplings, they are very good!

Tried the hot chilli peanut noodles this time and they were iust dry. So dry I couldn't pull any noodles apart. They looked like they were covered in spices and herbs but the taste was just bland with a slight spiciness from the chilli oil. It said they're tossed in a "creamy peanut sauce" but there was nothing creamy about this dish, no peanut flavor, and no peanuts lol. Also the noddles tasted like raw dough. I gave this place 3 try's and it's never been right. Also got the Sea Salt Garlic Fish Filet and the best thing about it is the sauce they put on the side which is about a 1/4 teaspoon squirted on the side of the plate. Without that sauce the fish is pretty bland and salty. This place was awesome when it first opened but I tried almost all the dishes from here and it's consistently disappointing.

Consistency seems to be an issue here. I ordered the lemon prawns in restaurant and to go before and typically get 6 or so large fried shrimp with a delicious creamy lemony sauce on top. This time I got 6 small shrimp that didn't seem fresh at all and barely tossed in the sauce. Kind of like they were fried and reheated. No lemon flavor. That was disappointing especially for the price. Everything else was really good.
