Coffees were hot & fresh as were the donuts, ice cap was yummy .... Delivery was great.

Paid an extra $2 for extra cream cheese in the hopes that there would be cream cheese on both sides of my bagel. Didn't even have the 'regular' amount on one side. I love the breakfast sandwiches but this is the last time I'll bother ordering from Tim Hortons.

So far they've messed up almost every order. I keep ordering vanilla lattes but they keep sending iced lattes. The Dulce Apple Fritter Dream Donut was literally just an apple fritter. Don't know if they ran out of the specialty one, but what got here was literally just an apple fritter that I paid extra for...

Ordered a pack of mixed Timbits and the entire 20 pack was plain and were definitely stale. My boyfriend and I got two different iced coffees and they honestly tasted the exact same, couldn't tell a difference at all. Huge bummer.
