The donuts was hard like they were from the night before. Coffee was hot didn't follow instructions and it's cream and sugar.

Paid a ton extra to have additions in coffee and didn't get those at all. How is the sandwich burnt and cold at the same time? The hashbrown is so greasy the whole bag is greasy.
