This is easily the best ramen I have had in a long time - at the time of this review, it is my 3rd time ordering this dish . The broth is extremely flavorful and the spiciness was just right. Both the pork and added shrimp were simply delicious and well seasoned. The ramen was delivered with the broth in one container and the noodles/proteins/veggies in another. The noodles did require a little separation, but given the nature of delivery, that was expected and were still delicious all the same. The portion size is very generous and was quite filling for me. The price is a little higher than other ramen places I've tried, but more than worth every penny.

We love the Spicy Tonkotsu, it's rich and flavorful. The Matcha Tiramisu tastes like authentic matcha. And I also love the Fried Calamari and Fried Rice perfect combination.

The food was great, and I love how they separate the broth from the noodles and toppings! The black garlic oil does have a burnt taste to it, though. I wish we could add more than one extra seasoned egg! They are sooooo good!

The Gyoza was heavenly with a great crunch and a delicious sauce. The Tonkotsu is SO delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Our new go-to for rainy days! Black Garlic Ramen is my son's new favorite, and the wings were perfectly cooked.
