The Airstream Salad is so good! The herbs and pistachios really elevate it and it's definitely not too southwesterny I find myself ordering it when I'm just craving a good salad . I add protein(salmon- travels quite well, or chicken) and avocado to make it a hearty meal.

Potato, egg, & cheese taco was just a mess of orange grease and inedible. 20 oz bottles of soda are actually overpriced fountain drinks. 50/50 shot the cilantro will be in the queso when you said to not put any. Disappointing overall on a basic order.

The fajita steak taco is the best thing on the menu. The steak is seasoned to perfection, paired with the perfect toppings. The chipotle ranch adds so much razzle-dazzle.

The taco is good. I asked for chipotle ranch, but they gave me tomatillo sauce. I thought I asked for the half size of chips and queso, but it looks like the full size. Not a problem, it just looks like a lot of chips and dip.
