Higher Grounds wasn't frozen and separated as well as only half full, Peanut Butter Power was frozen full to the top and perfect. Not sure why the two were so different. Higher Grounds is still one of my favorites

Second time I pay for a 24oz protein shake and they make me a 16oz. They definitely don't pay attention or care the same way they do if the customer was there in person. Disappointing!

This is a bummer because it would have been 5 stars for taste but I ordered a wrap and got a panini AND even worse, the menu boasts the ability to make something vegetarian with gardien chikn but you actually cannot. No option for it. The flavor of the BBQ Chicken PANINI (not wrap) was great though. Very messy when not served as a wrap. Pbj smoothie def no complaints. Tree city: figure out your veg option or stop offering it. Really not cool.
