The food was amazing and I have to highlight how great of a bus they are! My order was stolen 3 times before I finally got it and they still remade the order which I truly appreciate because anywhere else would've refused after that many times... they truly deserve their roses!

Always so good. The Pulled pork nachos was such a massive portion, I'll be eating it for lunch tomorrow too and will probably still have leftovers! This would definitely feed 3 or 4 people easily.

This place lives up to its name, True Que.
The smoke flavor along with the tenderness of the meat is fantastic.
The Pork Steaks and the Bratwurst (2 Sandwiches) were delicious. The Baked Beans, Potato Salad and Macaroni & Cheese tasted like homemade.
