Tsuchiya Ramen truly stands out as the premier Ramen shop in our town. After indulging in two bowls - their delectable Katsu Ramen and their Spicy Miso Ramen - I can confidently say that both left a lasting impression. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, showcasing the exceptional quality of the ingredients used. The best part? The prices were surprisingly reasonable, making it even more enticing to become a repeat customer.
In addition to their remarkable Ramen, I also had the pleasure of trying their Takoyaki. Bursting with delightful bonito flakes and sauce, it was a true delight for the taste buds. However, the real star among their side dishes unquestionably goes to their Tako Karo. The crispy texture and the accompanying dipping sauce provided an unforgettable eating experience. It's truly a fantastic value for your money.
Without hesitation, I will be singing the praises of Tsuchiya Ramen to everyone I know in Fresno. I can confidently say that they have earned a loyal customer in me. The thought of ordering from them again and again brings a smile to my face, as their remarkable dishes have the ability to bring joy to my life.

Broth is great/rich, however chashu had an off/salty flavor. It gets expensive as a build-your-own mechanism. Green onion pancake not great, suggest Noodle Q for the best green onion pancake in town.

Took a bite before I could get a photo, but the Chashu Musubi looks sad. It's majority rice with small bits of meat, not worth it at all, you get 6 pieces per order. For my Chicken Cutlet Curry Rice. they barely give you enough curry to put on top of ur dish. plus it's pretty bland. Also added note, it may not be the restaurants fault but the food arrived cold so I had to reheat everything.

I got the Hakata normal noodle House Ramen. There is flavor, but my soup was cold. The portion is really small for the cost compared to all the other competitive Ramen places in Fresno. The noodles are much like the Ramen Hayashi noodles, not my favorite type, but they were flavorful. My Ramen expectations were to high, I won't be coming back.

We got the tonkotsu, green chili, and spicy miso broth and they were all pretty salty. The Green Onion Pancake (2) were so oily that we had to pat them off with paper towels. Overall not horrible but I would not order again for the price.
