The PESTO MAC & CHEESE was good, but did not match the description listed. It was missing both the mozzarella and tomatoes in the topping, which was very disappointing. Would order again if it was the same as described.

First time I was disappointed. The Mac&Cheese tasted reheated. I say that because reheated Mac & Cheese has a gritty texture to it, as did this order. The portion size was also the smallest of my previous orders. Caesar Salad was warm which made the croutons soggy. And the cheesecake already was drizzled with sauce. Despite all this... I'll give Twisted Mac another chance.

This was truly the worst thing I have ever ordered from any restaurant. The Mac and cheeses was overcooked and bland to the point of mush. The meatballs tasted like ground beef with an entire bottle of Italian seasoning dumped in. The key lime pie was soggy, tasted like rancid limes and the whipped cream was literally solid. Do not order from this place.

This is The Macaroni Grill (which is bad in and of itself), this Twisted Mac front is revolting. I literally had to spit out the ravioli bites, cold, lacking cheese and a rancid flavor. I ordered the “classic mac” and took one bite, already knowing it was going to be bad, it was worse than bad, also cold, overpowered with garlic in the (not crunchy) breadcrumb topping, with a mealy texture. $43 for 2 salads, 1 appetizer and 2 Mac and Cheeses would be worth it if it was edible, this place is a disgusting waste of money.

I don't usually take time to write a negative review. But... save your money and time. Your food will slightly resemble you ordered but will NOT match the thumbnail. Guaranteed. The 'Spicy Calabrian' had a few (6) pieces of roasted red bell pepper or maybe jarred pimento (was hard to tell) and a few slices of Italian sausage which was then drowned in yellow goo. The cheeseburger mac had meatballs crumbled in. Meatballs that are over seasoned with oregano. Overall a disappointing experience.
