Wow. Wow. Wow!  Cookies are one of my favorite things and I'm pretty picky about them. I don't like really soft cookies. I prefer more crunchy so I was a little worried when I ordered these as to what the consistency would be like. Reminds me kind of like a really flaky piecrust, not too soft not too crunchy and the topping is to die for. I am now hooked!!!

I always order the chocolate crinkle cookie...my favorite. my understanding is they are made fresh daily & delivered fresh made. Yesterday's order had 3 crinkle that were kinda hard & stale & one was totally frozen...sorry that's not made fresh daily. They've always been really good, but pretty disappointed this time. Has quality gone down hill? WTH
