The Seaweed Salt Fries were a bit soggy , as restaurant used a plastic container instead of Cardboard box. They need to change their method of packing.

The Salmon on the seared salmon roll has not been fresh on multiple occasions. It is grey when seared, dark red on the bottom when it should be a bright orange and taste fishy / off.
