Everything was delicious! 猪⾁灌汤包 / Small Steamed Pork Soup Buns (6 Pieces) was flavorful and has a broth inside. So good. 猪肉包菜煎饺 / Pan-Fried Pork and Cabbage Dumplings (8 PCS) dumplings had great texture and flavor. 牛肉卷饼 / Chinese Beef Wrap was my favorite. I'd order them all again.

The 葱油饼 / Scallion Pancake needed flavor, even a little S&P would help or a dipping sauce. The 红烧牛肉面 / Braised Beef Noodle Soup was out of this world. I wish it came with more bok choy. I will definitely order from here again again.

Dried red pepper fish was brilliant, lip-tingling spicy, crispy, hot, phenomenally good. The shumai were... pretty horrible, really. bland, awful texture, wildly overpriced. Overall a solid miss for the price point; I'm genuinely surprised at the small portion sizes, quality of the Shumai and lack of rice. wont try them again.

I just found my new addiction. The steamed pork soup buns and pork and cabbage dumplings were flavorful and delicious. The sweet taro buns were soft and not overly sweet. The scallion pancakes were a bit dry but still tasty. my only real complaint is that they took longer than expected so the Dasher had to wait awhile unfortunately. That meant everything was fresh and hot.

I had to come back to leave a review because so many times it's hard to try new places. But this is it for me for Chinese. I n thought id never find these flavors and authenticity again. Why does every Chinese restaurant in Phoenix add squash to many dishes? But these are the tastes I love. Every dumpling and noodle is clearly house made. Delicious broths and many dishes are nice and spicy. Start with some ramen and an assortment of dumplings. I actually started to crave this place.
