Ive always only had the chorizo breakfast burrito but this time i tried the bacon for the first time and boy was i missing out all these years. The chorizo is good but it's very one-note in terms of flavor. Basically all you taste is the chorizo. The bacon has a range of flavors that made the burrito more interesting and satisfying. Also, this time, the chorizo burrito was wrapped terribly, with all the chorizo on one side so that sucks.

Ursula's is the real deal, with real New Mexican Chile. On top of that, they do a great job cooking their food. I really enjoy the chorizo, red Chile breakfast burrito. I grew up in New Mexico and Ursula's is a taste of home that is so hard to find in NYC.
