I live in Lockport and it's hard for me to get Viola's and knowing that they are on Door Dash and that they can be delivered to me all the way out this way is phenomenal. I always get the Steak and Pastrami Specialty Sub and the wife got the Double Steak and Cheese Hot Subs and loved it. Best subs ever!!!

• DoorDash orderOk - let me say I grew with Viola's. So I know how amazing they can be. This is the second time I've ordered, figuring the first was an 'off day' just a fluke. I won't be fooled a third time.
A large Chicken Finger Specialty Sub is exactly three small flat chicken fingers, mostly lettuce and bread.
The large Steak and Cheese Hot Subs with extra steak had very little flavor and the same amount of steak as the last large regular steak we ordered previously.
For $40 i won't be lazy and DoorDash this classic place again :(

• DoorDash orderThe sub was on dry stale bread, not just a little stale, it broke into pieces as soon as it was unwrapped, everything inside held together so it's not the preparation, also almost no cheese, huge bummer for $17
