Green glow bowl was delicious and the dragon is definitely a new favorite for healthy drinks. Would definitely recommend the bowls are quite big too!

The avocado toast is hands down the best in Redding. The wraps are absolutely delicious, and the vibe inside the store is warm, fresh, and uplifting. It actually makes me feel good just being in there.

The tropical smoothie is a fav.
The power panini was gross. The gluten free bread texture and taste is awful ,mealy, crumbly and soggy, and the chicken was only like 3 tiny slices(that was actually flavorful), but whatever sauce that was in the sandwich was bitter and overall the sandwich just read mushy. Don’t recommend the sandwich.

It was just gross. Spent $34 on a wrap and a smoothie and they were awful. The smoothie was bitter and chunky and the wrap was made hot. I know they also have paninis but I just wanted a wrap for something light and fresh. All the veggies inside were wilted and hot and it wasnt even cut. Also marked that I had a dairy allergy and it came with cheese. Someone was very confused. Not worth the money at all. Ive tried this place a couple times now and it's been horrible every time. Not ordering again.
