The system glitched and my order never came through. The delightful barista whipped it up so fast it didnt even affect me!! Delicious. So delicious

Not sure why, but this location (and on many an occasion, the other locations too) always seems to skip adding the whip cream we've requested for our drinks. Since we've paid for that addition, it would be nice if they would add it. Also, they never seem to toast our bagels as requested. It's a very hit or miss with this store when it comes to getting our orders right(actually, most of their locations are a hit or miss). It's unfortunate because when the food and drinks are done right and correctly, it's amazing.

Drinks were very good but the breakfast sandwich's were hard and overcooked.
Also no way on menu to add sandwich items to bagels.
