This was the worst order weve ever received. Less than 1/2 an order of fries that were COLD. There was no chili or chips for the taco salad and the sweet tea was colored water. Wendys should be ashamed

my Son of Baconator® was cold, my child's Kids' Cheeseburger was made incorrectly (was supposed to be plain with only ketchup but had lettuce, tomato, bacon and mayo),the Bacon Cheese Baked Potato was dry and no flavor and I never get the butter I order with it

The morning crew does great! Everything exactly as ordered. Still have to try wendys again at night to see if they changed but morning is on point!

Urbana Wendy's is garbage. Terrible food. It wasn't "cold". It had gone bad. The service is awful. They told my dasher they were making fresh Classic Chocolate Frosty® . Ten minutes later, they were "out" of Classic Chocolate Frosty® . It's been this way for years. Please don't waste your money.
