This was a horrible experience. The food I received was if it had been sitting for three days. The meat was old, the bread was hard. I received the wrong drink. Just horrible service. Did not expect that from Wendy’s wow. Imagine paying $25 for food you have to throw in the trash.

Constantly messes up my orders and wendys support is abysmal.
I ordered a Dave's Combo Triple with just cheese and I got a double cheeseburger with everything on it. So I naturally contacted support and I was refunded $5 out of my $25 order.

Delivery was great. Not Luis's fault. Wendy's staff must not know the difference between Chocolate and Strawberry. The fries were over cooked and the sandwich was crush. . Bag was was taped closed so wasn't on the delivery driver at all.
