Burger looks like it was left under a warmer for 2 days before it got to me, cheese is hard and patties are dry and the bun is shriveled and definitely not worth what I paid for it, not gonna eat it.

Store is excellent but the new spicy Chicken patty is grotesque. We have tried 3 times hoping we just got a bad one, but it's like biting into a half done breast, rubbery, fibrous, completely unappetizing. It appears to be done but is definitely not a breast. It used to be my favorite sandwich but I'll never order it again.

Got the Asiago chicken sandwich. Was...eh. Don't get me wrong, it's 110% better than the chicken products you get from the other places. But just not as good as I was expecting. The chicken breast seemed a little on the thin side and a little dry.
