I'm a little disappointed in my food quality, taking into account that they gave me old fries that were sitting under the warmer too long and a Cinnabon that was hard as a rock. This was a first time for me ordering from them and definitely not a repeat order.

My food was not fresh at all. I did not get my chili and cheese with my fries, not to mention, the fries were hard and dry. I had a Double Stack Biggie which was a big disappointment. Not happy at all.
