The French fries were cold and hard... unacceptable. I paid for good food and drinks. As well as hot or at least warm meals. It all depends on who prepares your meal. Sometimes the meal is excellent and other times it's horrible!

It's never the same. Depends on who the person is serving you. If they know that u have reported them I believe they use it against u whenever u place an order.

Food arrived warm. Issue was my hamburger smelled and tasted like fish. They're definitely cross contaminating and it's disgusting
