Usually my food is really good when I get wendys. But this time my drink or frosty did not have a DoorDash sticker over the top of them. Which my frosty was supposed to be chocolate ice cream with brownie swirl but i got vanilla. And my fry's where only half full i was supposed to have a medium but i basically got a small. And by the time it got to me my frosty was melted more then it should have been and my fry's were not even hot. Not sure where the error was there.

Seems like it's always hit or miss with this store. Sometimes you get everything you order and it's nice and fresh but most of the time I'm usually missing something from my order or if it's all there, the food isn't that fresh. Today I ordered 16 nuggets and all 16 were burned.

Fries and nuggets were both cold and stale. Air fryer couldn't even fix them.
Chili was in between cold and lukewarm.
Frosty was great.

I ordered a 2 bourbon bacon cheeseburger and got 2 chicken sandwiches. we also got the bacon and cheese fries, the bacon is burnt to a crisp and wasn't even cut up, frost's had a lid but the cup had chocolate all over it.
