The fries tasted old and soggy like they had been sitting. They had no sour cream and the potatoes tasted weird. They were also sloppy made. I would like a refund.

Usually Wendy's gets all my praise, but the chicken on my sandwich was tough and rubbery. I'm only deducting one star because I assume they just got a batch of lower quality chicken or I just got unlucky.
