Ordered and paid for a Large Diet Coke (as seen on receipt) and received a small that was watered down and not even filed to the top. Remote for size comparison. Also didn't even get a straw for it. Also ordered ranch with my nuggets and didn't receive those at all. Very disappointed.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich was bizarrely thin so it dried out and became a weird chicken chip. Baconator® did not arrive. I got a Dave's Double or something instead. Which is fine, just not what I ordered.

I have a terrible experience everytime i come here. Workers are not helpful and have terrible attitudes. My order was wrong but they insisted I was the issue and shut the window in my face.

My baked potato was inedible and whoever cut it open had to know it was hard as a rock....they also left out all the condiments I ordered....cmon Wendy's do better! And they gave me lemon tea which I don't even like
