Ordered a chili cheese Chili & Cheese Baked Potato and got chili cheese fries. Also was missing a medium fry in my order. Very disappointing considering all I wanted was a baked potato! Tried calling the store but no one will answer the phone.

I loved Wendy's. Never had a bad baked potato in 30 years. But seriously this was the worst. Tiny, maybe 3 bites & dried up. Chili & nuggets were good as usual. But the potato was always my favorite, not tonight.

gave me a small when I ordered a large, filled my drink almost entire with ice when I asked for no ice. Two sips and the drink was half empty.
