Wendy's has really gone downhill. 1/2 strip of bacon on Son of Baconator®, one pickle on the Crispy Chicken and it wasn't crispy. The Bacon Double Stack™ was puny with not much flavor. We won't be ordering again.

What happened to Wendy's Frostys? It the only reason I ordered from them. What I got was iced coffee, which I don't like, with no chocolate flavor. It was disgusting and very disappointing. The chicken sandwich was as big as what you would find in a kids meal and the fries were cold. We have been regular customers for years. Never again!

missing items from order. charged for items never received. I will say the dasher who delivered went above and beyond and went back to Wendy's and asked for the missing items. they were no help, this Wendy's never gets orders right every time I give them a chance I am disappointed. Breakfast Burrito, Sausage was nothing great just edible.

My order was completely wrong I ordered a biggie double stack bag . I didn't received any nuggets or sauce . Also my fries were burnt like over cooked . So disappointed spent $22 on door dash just to get my order wrong
