I ordered a large fry for almost $5, the box was half full. It was a ripoff to pay that much to begin with. But an even bigger rip off to only get half.

it's noon, lunchtime, and everything in the bag was cold. Freshness and the quality of the food have always been an issue at this restaurant.

My carton of fries was maybe halfway full,and they weren't in the bottom of the bag. They were completely missing. Also,they were cold and they are always cold every single time I order from Wendy's. And, it's not because my dasher did anything wrong,in fact,she was great.
Wendy's is a real disappointment to put it mildly. They gave me the wrong burger and I'm not gonna be ordering from here again
My dasher,Christy, was extremely nice, super friendly and she kept in contact with me. She was very courteous and I would choose her again if that was an available option. She was prompt and did everything she could do to take care of my order . Christy gets 5 stars and Wendy's gets 1 because zero is not an option!!!

Got to the restaurant and had to wait 30 minutes for them to cook the food after I had already ordered it tasted like they had microwaved the chicken and didn't have any sauce on them highly disappointed

Best burger on mineral wells! Food was fresh and staff was fast clean and friendly... best management team in Paris !!! y'all rock!
