I will start with the receipt on bag is half the price I paid. Im aware that's door dash. The container is half full and I paid an extra $1.69 for a side of the icing which I did not get.

missing the bacon and the cheese. just some sad wilted lettuce. disappointing. fries were stale and not salted. this location usually does better.

Fries are always cold by the time I receive them. I never have this issue with other restaurants located close by.

I always receive good service.
My only suggestion would be an option for no onions.
