10 dollar for a Apple Pecan Chicken Salad (Cals: 490) that its not worth the price. The lettuce was old and mushy. The chicken tasted old and hard to eat. Do not waste your money

I, Alison Ryan, have Once again Enjoyed the Baconator with Cheese! Along with 3 Tasty Sides! One Being a Sour Cream Baked Potato, & the 2 others are the Large Size Chili with Sour Cream! And last of all the Regular Size Apple Juice! Yes all these Food items, are Good & Tasty! So the Dasher & Staff at the Wendy's Restaurant! Did a Good Job again! From; Alison Ryan.

This was really disappointing. Even my solid go-tos - the Chili (Cals: 290-380) and Sour Cream and Chives Baked Potato (Cals: 340) was not up to the usual Wendy’s standard.

I dont understand how an order of black coffee ALWAYS comes with SOMETHING in it. Sugar, cream, both. I think the workers just assume everyone must want sugar in their coffee, which is insane. The app needs a "black" option to make this absolutely clear.
The store also send me the wrong sandwich completely. I ordered an eg BLT and got a sausage and bacon sandwich with lettuce????
I really do love the breakfast sandwiches from here, but the order is literally never right.
