A $5 upgrade charge for a "Large" poutine that is the same size as a small. You get more fries in a regular order. Not worth it.

DISGUSTING!! Paid $9 for this dry bun and totally dried out piece of meat. Must have been left over from dinner It was supposed to be Bacon Deluxe 1/4 lb* Single with Cheese. The $11 Caesar Salad was hopeless. No bacon, they used cheap curly lettuce. It was made upside down I guess so you weren't able to see the crumbs of chicken on the bottom. Called the store to complain and was told to come there. If I was able to go there I would not have used Door Dash. I really hate to complain but this was just blatantly unacceptable. Will be calling the head office tomorrow as this store had been consistently going downhill. This is a franchise and they have a standard to keep up.
