the food always arrives cold, even if you live a block away. and they never secure the packaging to prevent any of the food being tampered with. the drinks are filled with ice all the way to the top, so you basically get a small even though you ordered a large.

It would be nice if the bag was stapled or taped closed. It's not a nice feeling receiving food delivered with the bag wide open and food exposed.
