Food is NOT fresh. The fries I paid extra to make them large you can clearly tell they have been sitting under the heat lamps for hours and are hard as a rock and completely inedible. Sadly this isnt even the first or second time ive received old cold and hard fries and this is unacceptable.

How does one mess up an order when even the receipt says what it should be. I am paying extra for a Double Meat, why am I getting a a tiny burger with one patty?

Our order was missing 3 burgers. Fries half full and cold. The one burger we got was very salty. Not good.
Fries tasted as though they were microwaved, missing all my sauces I ordered, as well as my jalapeños on my burger that i paid extra for, and my iced tea had absolutely no ice and was very hot!#6 Avocado Bacon Burger Whatameal®
