soda machine must be out of syrup, received a large carbonated water instead of sprite. Put a medium amount of fries into a large container. Put one ketchup packet in bag. food tasted old.

The burger is aways great and the spicy ketchup is arguably the best part of Whataurger for me. So it disappoints me that over the last few times it's gone from getting 2-3 ketchups for a medium French Fries to 1, and the last two times ive ordered ive received none even with the selection checked.
If you would give us a way to select how many we'd like or even set a max per item then a way to purchase additional amounts that would make a huge difference.

Order was mostly fried bread, gravy lined my mouth with a weird film and was also very watery, both my drinks were root beer when i ordered Dr Pepper. Called the store to let them know, and store representative was rude, unhelpful and unapologetic about the quality of my food. Very bad experience from this store, and as someone who frequents this whatabuger, I will find a new destination to fullfil my hunger needs!
