First of all, I barely got a full order of fries? This wasn’t even filled like it usually would be, it was barely more than half full. I also only ordered regular ketchup, and got 2 spicy and only 1 regular. We ordered two large drinks, one Coke one Dr Pepper, and they’re both so bad that we can’t even tell them apart. It just got here and they’re extremely watered down somehow. My Patty Melt was also put together so badly that half the meat was just hanging off and the cheese was too stuck to the bread and I couldn't fix it. This was not a good experience at all. And we usually have no problem with Whataburger via DoorDash!

Not the same as it used to be. The fries were limp, they do not travel well The burger was boring and the meat was so thin the bun overwhelmed it.

Got the #1 Whataburger® Whatameal® and the burger was literally just the patty and the bun with a little smidge of ketchup. Also didnt get the packets of spicy ketchup I asked for. Not sure if this was a one off bc Ive ordered from this store before but I just feel like I wasted my money on this dry, poorly made burger

The food was cold. The burger was very salty and dry! The bottom bun didnt even tear upon biting it. No ketchup and I ordered ketchup. Disappointed ! Every one raves about how great what burger is. Not this one!!!
