Everytime Door Dash goes to the Fondren & West Belfort Whataburger location my onion rings are burnt & my fries are cold. I TRULY dis this location bc their customer service is horrible and the food is horrible

The burger was good, and the chicken strips were good. Unfortunately I didn't get the ketchups I asked for, which was fine because the fries were horrid.
