Ok... First off my spicy xhickn combo, WAS NOT spicy at all.The chicken pattu was old,dark in color like it hadeen sitting in window fo a hot minute.The saue I requested WAS EVERY WHERE!!! Hubby's cheeseburger.. was a TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER combo that came WITH NO CHEESE!! We WILL NEVER again order from the place.I don't tink the pwoplwcat this location KNOW HOW to read a simple monitor!!! Whataburger experience ruined! On a 1-10 scale.... I give negative 10 stars

Im not sure how to feel about this whataburger location, they are much worse than any of the other locations I've been to out of Joplin but they still provide good food and service sometimes, I think this is due to how busy it gets being its one of the only doordash locations in Joplin available 24/7 , its a coinflip if your food is good or not, I got a sandwich I didn't even order instead of what I had ordered last night late
